Lourdes, a Health Care Worker who is celebrating 15 years with Classic LifeCare, still loves coming into work every day just as much as when she first started. Getting to meet new people and be a part of their lives makes every day a new adventure.
“I feel a sense of accomplishment, because I can truly say I have successfully fulfilled what I had always wanted to do and what has always been my passion,” says Lourdes. “And I can say that something positive has come out of it. Not only did I learn and experience new things, I also met nice and exciting people along the way.”
For Lourdes, the most rewarding part of her job is seeing how her work touches the lives of others.
“I feel joy because I know and I can see from the client and their family their happiness and satisfaction from the help I have extended to them in their everyday lives,” she says.
Lourdes loves being part of the Classic LifeCare team and sees her colleagues as a second family.
“Classic LifeCare is the best company to work for,” says Lourdes. “They’re friendly and they try to match your ability and experience with the right client. The staff are approachable and you can always communicate with them.”
