What services do you provide?
Classic Caregivers Ltd. offers an extensive range of health care needs from housekeeping to total personal care. Services include housekeeping, meal preparation, personal care, supervision of medications, bathing, laundry, companionship, accompany to appointments, transportation, ADL’s, transfers, ROM exercises etc. Specializing in palliative care, respite, Alzheimers, Parkinsons, MS, ALS, recovery from stroke and brain injury.
How quickly can care be set up?
Care can be set up as quickly as needed depending on the client’s needs.
Are staff bonded or insured?
Our caregivers are insured and bonded professionals.
What if I am not happy with services or the caregiver?
If at any time you are not completely satisfied with services, simply contact the office and talk to anyone in the office to express your situation.
How does billing and payment work?
Invoices are processed once a month and normally go out the first week of the month. You do not have to pay the caregivers as the company will take care of this.

Our services are private however we can work along side with any government funded care.

Our caregivers are selected for their competent ability and compassionate attitude. Caregivers are fully trained and experienced with all aspects of care.
Who should I talk to about my issues?
The office staff are there to help you with any of your concerns or issues. Each client has a dedicated client service coordinator who is there to help with any scheduling needs. We also have nursing supervisors to help answer any medical concerns that may arise.
